A Happy Foodie Ate
The busy food lover’s guide to keeping fit and eating what you want
First and foremost, this book is written for foodies like myself. If you do not consider yourself a foodie then I suggest you read something else as there are many other approaches that may be more appealing to you.
In essence, a happy foodie is someone who can maintain a balance of guiltlessly enjoying the many pleasures of food whilst keeping in good health and physical condition. The fundamental philosophy of my approach revolves around eating/drinking according to your day’s requirements. This entails putting into practice my 12-step approach – The Happy Foodie Way.
I totally advocate a full picture approach, not just bits of it. This is a key point of difference in the approach presented in this book.
If you are looking for another get fit/lose weight quickly book, this is not for you. When it comes to weight loss, my view is that slow and steady wins the race.
